Most of my information has come from movies I've seen and books I've read. Some
of the Titanic books I own are Her Name Titanic and Ghosts of the Titanic both
by Charles Pellegrino, Titanic Legacy of the World's Greatest Ocean Liner by
Susan Wels and Titanic by Leo Marriott. I found a reproduction of the New York
Times from the day after the sinking in an antique store. I hope to some day
scan some of these to add more pictures but permission is needed to use them. I
was lucky enough to see Ghosts of the Abyss in an IMAX theater; it was
incredible. A lot of people ask me why I am so into Titanic and I honestly don't
know why. I just know that once I read A Night to Remember by Walter Lord I got hooked. I started
reading and watching everything I could. One of my dreams is to see the Titanic
before it fully deteriorates; I would probably die of awe!
Below are some Titanic links, as well as links to other ships. Some of my additional information & photos also came from these sites.
One of these days I plan to add more pages about some of the other ships.

Titanic the movieI love this movie.
I don't even know how many times I've seen it.
One of the reasons I like it so much is because I got to see how the ship was
when it was active. The second reason is of course, the love story.
James Cameron actually took the 2 & 1/2 hour trip (each way) to see
the Titanic resting on the ocean floor, and he did it more than once.
(I'm so jealous!)
He also drew Jack's drawing of Rose. |
